Stay in the Heart of Puglia

Two beautifully restored homes in Martina Franca's historic center — your ideal base for exploring the Valle d'Itria, Ostuni, Alberobello and the best of southern Italy.

Why Martina Franca?

After spending time throughout Puglia, we kept coming back to Martina Franca.

Its elegant Baroque architecture, lively piazzas, exceptional food and authentic local atmosphere make it one of the most rewarding towns in the region. Unlike many destinations that feel built around tourism, Martina Franca remains a place where everyday life unfolds naturally around you.

It's the town we fell in love with — and ultimately the place we chose to call home in Puglia.

Learn why we chose Martina Franca as our home base.

Our Homes

Our two restored homes are located within Martina Franca's historic center, placing guests just steps from cafés, restaurants, bakeries, wine bars and the daily rhythm of local life.

Each home offers a different experience while sharing the same exceptional location in the heart of the Valle d'Itria.

Dimora Pietra Dorata is a beautifully restored three-level home defined by warm golden stone, original architectural details, and a private rooftop terrace overlooking the rooftops of Martina Franca.

Designed for travelers seeking character, atmosphere, and outdoor living space, it combines historic charm with thoughtful modern updates to create a uniquely Puglian experience.

A cozy bedroom with a white brick vaulted ceiling, a wooden bed frame with colorful patterned bedding and two red pillows, a yellow bedspread, and white towels folded on the bed. The room has a decorative wall art, a hanging clothing rack with wooden hangers, a patterned room divider, a radiator, and a small table with chairs. The room is bright with natural light.

Dimora Pietra Chiara offers a bright and contemporary interpretation of historic-center living. Located on the ground floor, it combines beautiful white limestone architecture with modern design, updated amenities, and a calm, welcoming atmosphere.

Ideal for couples, solo travelers or guests seeking convenience and comfort, it provides an elegant base for experiencing Martina Franca and the wider region.

Why Guests Love Staying Here

Our goal has always been simple: create beautiful homes in a location that allows guests to experience the very best of Puglia. We're grateful to have welcomed travelers from around the world who have fallen in love with Martina Franca, the Valle d'Itria and the experience of staying within the historic center.

The stay was wonderful... it felt like home! The owners were always very kind and ready to respond to any request. The apartment was spotlessly clean and cozy, quiet, and within walking distance of the historic center with all its amenities. We’ll definitely be back!

It was a very pleasant stay. Really cool, too, three floors. Everything we needed was there, and the location was convenient! There was regular communication with the hosts, ensuring our questions were answered quickly or we were kept informed.
